Right of withdrawal - art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 working days:
This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

A) send, within 14 working days from the date of signing the order note or from the date of receipt of the goods, to the seller, written notice of the withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex, e-mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight hours;

B) send to the seller, using a carrier of his choice and at his sole expense, within ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods, the purchased product / s, suitably protected and packaged in the original packaging, accompanied by all any accessories, documentation and user manuals. The identification tag and / or labels, where present, must still be attached to the products at the time of return. The substantial integrity of the products to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The products must not have been damaged or altered.

It is important for us that our customers are always satisfied with their purchases, but we realize that in some cases it may be necessary to return an item.
