New Fillerina Double Filler



With advancing age, the amount of Hyaluronic Acid in the skin progressively decreases, causing imperfections such as wrinkles, expression and aging lines and loss of volume (emptying, skin depressions, etc.) in particular on the cheekbones, cheeks and lips. In Fillerina 12 Double Filler a mixture of 12 Hyaluronic Acids of various sizes and molecular weights is used, particularly effective in penetrating the skin layers (ex-vivo test through Franz Cells) to favor tissue filling and plumping. Hyaluronic Acids with a filler effect have molecular weights ranging from 400 to two million Dalton, and owe their remarkable filling function to the ability to bind water molecules up to 1000 times their weight (Filler Effect 1). Hyaluronic acid is classified as a glycosaminoglycan since its molecule, not branched, is made up of the repetition of disaccharide units composed of two molecules, Glucuronic Acid and Acetyl Glucosamine. The formulation innovation of Fillerina 12 Double Filler consists in providing the skin with these two fundamental precursors of hyaluronic acid for the endogenous production of the same by the dermal cells and substantially contributing to the filling mechanism from the inside (Filler Effect 2) .

To ensure that a quantity of water flows into the skin tissues useful to form the natural filler substance with hyaluronic acids, the AQP3 complex is inserted, formed by three molecules (Acetyl Hexapeptide-37, Glyceryl Glucoside, Galactoarabinan) which favor the formation of “Aquaporins” or “channel” proteins on the cell membrane of the keratinocytes and fibroblasts of the skin allowing the very fast flow of water molecules inside and outside the cells. Among the aspects of skin aging is the depletion of substances essential for the support and elasticity of the skin: Collagen and Elastin.

The loss and reduction of Collagen in the dermis results in a lower thickness and lower density of the extracellular matrix with a consequent increase in wrinkles, depressions and loss of volume. In the formula of Fillerina 12 Double Filler there are 3 molecules of Collagen with different molecular weights (2,000, 12,000 and 300,000 Dalton) able to favor the density of the extracellular matrix, and improve the filling in synergy with Hyaluronic Acids. There are also two molecules of Elastin with differentiated molecular weights of 1,400 and 2,200 Dalton which compensate for the physiological decrease by restoring elasticity and plasticity to the skin. The specific component Matrifull (Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-38) completes the formula.


The Fillerina 12 Double Filler formula contains the complex of 7 Plate-Like molecules, synthetic growth factors but similar to endogenous molecules, with marked regenerative properties capable of carrying out a deep restructuring effect on the skin, favoring the reconstitution of skin structures such as collagen fibers , elastic fibers and extra-cellular matrix. The presence of Tropaeolum Majus Extract promotes the transport of oxygen to the skin tissues, reactivating the cellular oxygenation mechanism and improving the uniformity and color of the skin, for a clear and radiant complexion. The presence of ATP and Ribose allows to increase the cellular energy charge.
